Real Life: Outreach Coordinator

nicholas@calvarycorvallis.org

Nicholas was born in San Antonio, Texas and grew up in La Grande, Oregon. In 2020, he moved to Corvallis to start an earth science degree at Oregon State University. Back then, he wasn't a Christian and didn't have any intentions to live for the Lord. It wasn't until his sophomore year of college that the Lord radically saved Nicholas! He started going to Real Life, got plugged into a small group and started to serve on the outreach team. He served as the outreach intern for Real Life and is now on staff as of 2024 as the Outreach Coordinator alongside his beautiful wife, Kaitlyn. This entails creating and mobilizing student believers who are passionate about reaching OSU's campus, planning a variety of outreach events that will draw different types of people, and disciplining student leaders in outreach and the general Real Life community. Nicholas and Kaitlyn will also be working alongside Ginny with Nations to help connect and reach the 3000 international students from 90 countries at OSU!

Nicholas loves hiking, running, backpacking, playing all kinds of sports, and fishing with his wife! He also loves to read, and watch college football/basketball/baseball.. go Beavs!
One of Nicholas' favorite Bible verses is 1 Kings 8:23: “O Lord, God of Israel, there is no God like you, in heaven above or on earth beneath, keeping covenant and showing steadfast love to your servants who walk before you with all their heart;”
