I grew up in Corvallis as the oldest of seven kids, and had the privilege of being raised knowing the Lord. I learned His Word, and was surrounded by an incredible, Jesus-loving community that sent my roots deep and my expectations high. I encountered a new perspective on the world, faith, and God when I attended a Discipleship Training School with YWAM in 2017 that truly served as a catalyst for my spiritual growth and identity formation. I am passionate about people knowing God and hearing His voice. I also have a heart for community and family, and love nothing more than pulling together people to fellowship and enjoy time in each other’s and the Lord’s presence (worship nights are my JAM).
I am a soon-to-be graduate of OSU with a degree in Nutrition and Foodservice Systems, come December 2019. In terms of my role in Real Life, I have the title of “Outreach Coordinator”, which means I get to head up tabling on campus and campus outreach, outreach and community events, and the Real Life outreach team (made up of students within the RL community). I am beyond excited for all this year has to bring; I see students longing to know the Lord and to make Him known, and know without a doubt that God is going to do big things with these willing hearts. Long term, my dream is to pursue full-time missions.
I love spending time with friends and family, camping, backpacking, road-tripping, artsy fun stuff like photography and drawing, hanging out in coffee shops, playing guitar, and food (baking, cooking, eating, talking, just not cleaning).
